Tyson Granlie started working with his father Dennis at a very young age in the summers refinishing public school gym floors throughout the state in the mid-1980s. Tyson purchased the company from Dennis in 1992 at the ripe age of 17. After supporting his college tuition by continuing gym refinishing, he realized the potential and beauty of residential wood flooring and never looked back.
